About the book
“Auras; A Story of Love”
The Committee had been formed decades ago by well-intentioned men, determined to use their great wealth and experience to effect changes for good in the world.
Tonight, July 23, 1976, however, what one faction called a solution could be described as Mass Murder.
And so begins Brian L. Murphy’s debut novel that seethes with action, drama, and heartfelt emotions.
When all is said and done, “Auras; A Story of Love” is a story with a lot of heart told during a time when one could still smoke on an airplane and a startup in California’s Silicon Valley really meant something.
Here is where one young gun will learn how to be a friend and what it means to sense auras in order to discern the truth. As readers watch him set his moral compass due north, they begin to grasp a universal clue that timing is everything and that drugs don’t kill people, people do.
About the book
“A Teacher’s Quest 2.0, Serving Students and Saving the Schools”
Direct from the headlines: Even before its mandated closure due to the Covid virus epidemic, after spending billions of dollars, the American education system was in crisis. Students were not being prepared for anything except more years without adequate benefit and were turning off. Teachers were quitting in droves and taxpayers were losing faith in the schools they paid for with their taxes. And it’s getting worse.
This project is as explosive to the field of education as Rachel Carson’s “Silent Spring” was for agriculture and pesticides, or Ralph Nader’s “Unsafe at Any Speed” was to auto safety. And like those books, “A Teacher’s Quest” not only identifies problems but offers solutions.
